The Canada Media Fund wants to keep applicants informed of funding decisions and results throughout the year. There are two types of announcements: Funding Decision and Funding Results.

A Funding Decision list is posted on our website when decisions become available. Please note that there is one decision list per application closing date. The decisions and funding commitments posted on the website are preliminary, as all requests must undergo a contracting process. Funding is not final until contracts are signed.

Funding Results
Funding results lists indicate approved and contracted applications for all convergent and experimental stream programs. The funding results are published on a quarterly basis.
Jury - Experimental Stream
As the CMF provides funding to pioneering projects, it relies on industry experts to contribute to the evaluation of groundbreaking and leading-edge interactive productions created by Canadians. The goal of the jury is to provide an external perspective on innovation as well as assess the experience of the producers/creative team with regards to their capacity to deliver the project.
