The Francophone Minority Program is designed to encourage the creation of content on digital platforms that reflect the realities experienced by French-language communities living outside the province of Quebec. To access funding a project must meet all requirements set out in the 2011-2012 Guidelines. Only applications that meet all requirements will be considered.
